Shipping and Refunds
1. Shipping Information
We aim to get your order to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Standard): Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.
International Shipping: We do not ship tangible product internationally. Note: Having said that, if you’ve a special request, write to us via the Contact Form.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
3. Refunds Policy
All Digital/downloadable products are not refundable. Tangible products are not returnable unless they’re out defective or malfunction out-of-the-box. We may choose to replace or refund in such cases. Buyers have to notify us within 7 calendar days upon receiving the product.
Return Window: 7 calendar days upon delivery
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a return/refund, please contact us at havestmusicshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll reach out to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Card fees: Card fees are imposed by the Payment Gateway providers and are non-refundable.
